Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LucidPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Services
LucidPost provides an AI-powered marketing automation platform that enables users to generate, schedule, and publish content across social media, blogs, and advertising platforms. The Service includes AI-generated content, scheduling tools, third-party platform integrations, and analytics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. LucidPost operates on an invite-only basis; accounts are created by organization administrators.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a pricing change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to LucidPost. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., publishing posts to connected platforms).
AI-generated content created through the Service is owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party terms (e.g., Google's AI usage policies). The LucidPost platform, branding, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidPost and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
